Disputes, resolved fairly

Because funds sit in escrow until you confirm the goods, a dispute never means your money is gone.

How it works

Payment for an order is held in escrow by Tislim, not paid to the supplier on trust. If something is wrong — the goods don’t arrive, don’t match the agreed specification, or arrive damaged — you can open a dispute from the order before the funds are released.

Opening a dispute

  • Open the order and choose “Open a dispute”.
  • Select the reason (not received, not as described, quality issue, damaged, wrong item) and describe what happened.
  • Add supporting evidence — photos, documents, or inspection reports.

Resolution

While a dispute is open, escrow holds the funds — no release can proceed. Tislim reviews the evidence from both sides and resolves the dispute, releasing to the supplier or refunding the buyer as the facts warrant.
